How can I verify your licenses independently?

Ask us for the registration, insurance and compliance documents that apply to your exact project scope. We prefer sharing real paperwork before contract signing instead of asking clients to trust a website claim.

Can I visit completed projects?

Yes — with the current owners' permission, which we arrange. We host monthly "open house" events where prospective clients can walk through recently completed villas with their owners. Next dates available on request.

Do you subcontract any work?

Core site coordination stays with our local team. For specialist trades and equipment, we use vetted local partners and confirm who is responsible for each part of the work before the project starts.

What happens if your company goes bankrupt during my project?

Unlikely given our documented local track record since 2022, but safeguards exist: (1) our civil liability insurance covers unfinished work, (2) milestone-based payments mean you never pay for work not yet done, (3) Spanish LOE law requires all builders to carry completion bonds for projects over €250k.
